Replacement warranty
If a delivered account does not log in or is suspended at the moment of delivery, contact support within 24 hours with the order number and we will replace it free of charge, subject to stock.
Refunds
If no replacement is available, we refund the value of the affected accounts back to your TwitterHub wallet balance, which you can spend on any other listing.
Not covered
Claims made after 24 hours, accounts suspended after you started using them, accounts where the password or email was changed by you or a third party, and any use that breaks X (Twitter) rules or our Terms of Service.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet deposits are credited for purchases on this store. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain; unspent balance stays in your account for future orders.
